What does my ticket include?
Registration gives you access to all three co-located conferences – Construct 2020, Asset Management, and Disaster Management – as well as the combined exhibition and attendance at the Awards Cocktail Party (this does require an RSVP).
Do I have to register separately for the Cocktail Party?
Entry to the Critical Infrastructure Summit Awards Gala Cocktail Party is included with your conference registration and does not require you to purchase a separate ticket. However, an RSVP is essential in order to secure your spot. You can confirm your attendance when purchasing your conference ticket.
Will I have access to the presentations after the event?
All speaker presentations will be available after the event, unless otherwise specified by the speaker. Delegates will be sent an email after the event with a survey. Once the survey has been completed, the presentations will be unlocked and available to download.
What do I need to bring?
We’ve taken care of everything for you – for this event, you will be provided with a delegate bag, pens, notepads and all meals during the day. There will also be a charging station for a limited number of devices. Just bring yourself, your colleagues and a willingness to learn and join in on the conversation.
Will I get a delegate list?
Monkey Media will distribute a delegate list to delegates, sponsors and exhibitors inside the delegate bags available at the registration desk. You must purchase a ticket to the event to access the delegate list.

How do I get there from Brisbane Airport?
From the Domestic and International Airports follow the signs toward Airport Drive. Continue on Airport Drive and look for the M7 signs. Stay on the M7 for 5.5km (please note this is a toll road). Take the exit onto the M3; continue straight on the M3 for 4.0km. Take the Elizabeth Street exit on the right and merge onto Elizabeth Street for 550m. The hotel is on the left. Take the second entry driveway into Concierge.
How do I get there by public transport?
Catch the Gold Coast line train from Domestic airport station, platform 1, Brisbane airport. Alight at Central Station, Brisbane City. Walk 600 meters to 190 Elizabeth Street, Hilton Brisbane.
I’m not staying at the hotel. Can I still bring my car?
Yes parking is available onsite.
How much does parking cost?
Self parking is not available. Valet parking is AU$58.00 per day.

Please note the following cancellation policy: The Booker must notify Inhouse Reservations no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s accommodation being charged. Rooms cannot be guaranteed for occupancy prior to 15.00 hours unless registered from the night before.
What meals are included with my ticket?
The event is fully catered, with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea provided on both days of the conference. Delegates also have the option to attend the Critical Infrastructure Summit Gala Cocktails and Awards Ceremony at the end of day one.
I have specific dietary requirements. Who do I contact about this?

What can I expect at the gala cocktail and awards ceremony?
Delegates will enjoy canapes and a selection of complimentary beverages while the winners of the 2020 Critical Infrastructure Summit Awards are announced and celebrated.
I’ve registered, but haven’t received a ticket?
Don’t worry, there are no physical or e-tickets needed for this event. Once you register online, you will receive a confirmation email. All you have to do on the day is go to the registration desk and say your name. Here you will receive your name badge, lanyard and delegate bag. Your name badge will give you access to all areas of the event including the conference, exhibition and gala dinner. Easy!
Can someone else use my registration if I can’t attend?
Should you be unable to attend the event, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place at no extra charge if the conference organisers are notified in writing before the event.
Will the program change?
The program will be updated as speakers are confirmed, but you will be able to view the latest program online.
